Send an email notification with a PDF summary of requested item variables

Hi all,

I am aware you can send a list of variables within an email notification, was just wondering though if 

there is a way to send an email notification with PDF summary of requested item variables when a request is submitted instead.

Any ideas?

I doubt it is easily do able., as 1st need to add variable in pdf and then attach that. Any specific reason to do this?
