Send Approval Reminders notification

Hello Team,
A notification needs to be triggered for the approver of the RITM after the 3rd day, 7th day, and 14th day. Both the approver and their manager should be notified, but only for records that are in the "Requested" state.
I am trying to achieve this using a Scheduled Job instead of a Flow. Could you please guide me on this?

Is there a specific reason for using jobs instead of flows? Flows offer an easier, low-code/no-code approach, which in this case, seems like a better option
