Send button on email client

Hello SN Developers,

We recently upgraded to Eureka Patch 10 and noticed that send button on email client not working. You click the email icon on incident form, email window pops up. Once you compile the email and hit send button, nothing happens. It's stuck. Any ideas what could be the issue. Once you hit the send button, the window should close and

email should be triggered. What i noticed, once you hit the send button email do get triggered but they are not sent as their type is moved to send-ignored.

Hi Pradeep,

Send button doesn't work even if i have one recipient and i do not have list of addresses. Once you select an user it automatically adds semi colon ( ; ) and not a comma (,).

Let me know, if i am verifying it correctly ?

What are the values for the below property on your instance. Can you please confirm

1.glide.ui.html.editor

2.glide.ui.email_client.html

Hi Pradeep,

I found that this property was missing "1.glide.ui.html.editor" in my instance. So i created this property manually referring the demo instance and it worked. Not sure, how this property is missing in our instance. No body deleted it . Any pointers ?
