Hi All,
I have a requirement where on a certain field , I would need to send an email to a user with certificates for Int and QA environment.
What is the best way to achieve this. I have below questions:
1. Does Service Now support sending certificates like these.
2. These are static certs which dont change. Where should I place them in email.

in your notification which you have build there is an option include attachment. did you try with that ?

if you will setup a notification and checked the check box "include attachment" then it will automatically send the attachment from the ticket to outside the mail box. this way you do not need to write email script for that
notification execute based on the "Insert and Update" operation happen on the record or the table which has selected on the notification
