Hello All
I got a requirement to send a weekly report to MSteams individual user based on assigne.
Eg: Incident is onhold and to that assignee a report will be send that your incident open for too long .
As I checked earlier we can do this via creating a channel and incoming webhook link but Can any one please guide me how to achieve this without creating a specific channel.
