Bit of a Complex one so hoping some smart minds out there can help me....
We have a bit of a weird Change Approval process happening at the Assess stage which is essentially grouping together two peer/team approvals and a PreCAB approval.
We have the requirement of an Architecture approval (Wait for first response only), Security approval (Wait for first response only), and a PreCAB Approval (Wait for first response only). All of these groups have multiple team members, but only require one approval from each group to proceed to Authorize stage.
I need a separate notification sent once each approval occurs (i.e. 3 separate notifications once each approval is given), despite the Change not progressing to Authorize stage until after the 3rd approval.
This is configured by one Approval policy with three Approval decisions under the one approval policy for each of those mentioned approvals.
