I am new to servicenow, I am working as an admin and I got a requirement to create email notification which will be sent when incident is resolved and a survey form should be attached to it, also when user fills the survey form the feedback should be stored in servicenow table.
I know we have this capability in servicenow. I just want to know what all steps one need to follow to do this,
