You can trigger a simple Flow or Business Rule and call a REST message to Twilio’s WhatsApp endpoint. I’ve also used whatsapp api for quick outbound alerts, and it made testing a lot smoother since it works through plain HTTP requests. In ServiceNow, just map your incident fields into the payload, handle the message SID response, and you’re basically good to go.
