I'd really appreciate any help if possible please.
I know this is possible with Teams Integration but we've not found a way to it Slack.
So, in SNOW tickets, we have the Slack plugin button where you click on it and it opens up Slack to message the person who raised the ticket. What we want it to do is to pre-fill the message.
For example to say something like,
"Hi John,
I hope you're well.
I am just messaging you regarding "subject line" ticket No (which should be hyperlinked to the actual ticket)
Are you free for me to assist you".
Is this possible to do in Slack from SNOW?
