Question on Flow Designer

Hello,

 

I would like to create a Flow Designer, which should trigger when Service Request is created (SC_Req table) and request item is firewall rule.

Here is the requirement.

If the catalog item is Firewall rule request, then Service Request should go for approval.

Else, Service Request should be auto approved.

 

Please suggest how to write the mentioned conditions.

Hi @manasbagde80 ,

 

How the RITM is being created is it using workflow or is it with flow disigner flow??. if flow designer flow then just incorporate the logic in the flow itself using ask for approval logic.
