sent emails are not showing in workspace activity system generate emails are showing

Hello,

 

I am having an issue with my workspace in HR. I am unable to see the sent emails in an activity. I can see the system-generated emails and received emails in that activity that occurred after upgrading the instance from Vancouver to Xanadu. Before the upgrade, it was working fine. I am unable to find where it is configured.

 

Please help me with this.

I cross-checked all the email properties and didn't find any issues. However, I'm experiencing a problem after upgrading to Xanadu. I can see the sent emails in the native UI, but they are not appearing in the workspace activity stream. Additionally, when I compose an email, the messages that are sent are not showing up. Do you have any insights on this?

if you are sure it came after upgrading then please check if it's a platform bug.
