sent emails are not showing in workspace activity system generate emails are showing

Hello,

 

I am having an issue with my workspace in HR. I am unable to see the sent emails in an activity. I can see the system-generated emails and received emails in that activity that occurred after upgrading the instance from Vancouver to Xanadu. Before the upgrade, it was working fine. I am unable to find where it is configured.

 

Please help me with this.

I have the same issue and created a HI ticket.  According to ServiceNow, this is a known bug and has been fixed in Xanadu Patch 2 Hotfix 1 or Xanadu Patch 3.  See:

I am experiencing the same issue after upgrading to Xanadu. Has anyone found a solution yet?

Same issue here - doesn't seem to effect all records.

Patched to Xanadu Patch 3 Hotfix 1 last night and no change.

Apparently the fix does not apply to existing records, but for new.
