Sent emails do not show in incident task's activity stream

Other locations (e.g. RITM and incident) show emails sent in its activity stream. Would appreciate if someone can point me to the right direction. Thanks!

Hi @chanp ,

Please follow below steps - 

1. Click on the filter activity besides activity section.

2. Click on Configure available fields.

3. From Available list bring "Emails - autogenerated" and "Emails - correspondence" to the selected list.

4. Save the form.
