'Serial number' is copying in 'Asset Tag' in the alm_hardware table.

Hi All,

One issue was reported by the client. They are experiencing an issue in the HAM module, which is that the serial number is copying into the 'Asset Tag', and it happens randomly. And we don't have steps to reproduce the issue. Does anyone have any idea about this issue? Why is it happening? 

I have searched the 'Asset Tag' keyword in the studio for any code which assigns a serial number to an asset tag but didn't find anything. Any information will be helpful.

Check in the Asset-CI field mapping.

Hi Murali,

I checked the mapping look's like it is correct. but still don't find exact reason why this issue happening?

Are you using Transform map?
Because it seems a transform map configuration.
