Service Catalog implementation/reconfiguration/improvement - Discovery Guidance Documentation
Hi Community.
We are working alongside a new client and they are really needing help with a proper best practice implementation of their Service Catalog, including reconfiguration to make it more efficient and user friendly, also improving the catalog, building new catalog items, reconfiguring the associated workflows, reconfiguring the Service Portal view of the Catalog items.
Does anyone have any handy/useful documentation that could help me with the Discovery, requirements gathering, anything around Service Catalog best practice guidance, basically anything that you may have come across in your projects, that would really help me around everything to do with improving their Service Catalog experience?
