If I have created variable set and which is running on 5 catalog and want to change the field name without affecting other catalog?

If you change the name or label of a variable on a variable set, it will be changed for all of the catalog items using the variable set.
However, if you're just requiring the change on one of the related catalog items, you can do the following:
- Navigate to the specific catalog item which needs to be modified
- Create a UI policy which hides the old version of the variable from the variable set.
- Create a new variable on that specific catalog item with the label you need.
Note: ensure this doesn't impact any custom flows or business rules you might have.
