Service Credit creation from Incidents/Outages

Hi everyone, I am trying to follow the steps defined in product documentation on how to create a Service Credits from Incident or Outage.
Per the steps below, I need to select the record and click on the 'overflow' icon and select the Create Service Credit
However, I cannot seem to find that 'overflow' icon -
Even if I open the record, there is no way to create Service Credit.
I need to know how to do it from the Incident. Thanks!

I had to select the Incident, click on edit and put the Vendor's name on it.
Went to the Vendor's profile, create Service Credit from there and under the Incident field, the Incident record that I have edited and added the Vendor's name on it showed up on that field.
It will only show up and be available on the list if you add the Vendor's name on it.
Quite a tricky process, would probably suggest the author of the product docu to update the steps so it will be easy for others to follow.
