Service graph connector for Intune - Software data is not loadin

Hi,

 

We are able to retrieve all computers from Intune but software are not loading into ServiceNow, software entries are in staging table but not loaded into software table.

please advise, Thank you.

Any log details is import set log. Read the log for more details.

Hi check these steps

Review Transformation Map:

  • Navigate to "Data Sources" > "Transform Maps" in the application navigator.
  • Open the transformation map associated with the staging table.
  • Verify the field mappings and ensure that the software entries are being correctly mapped to the Software table fields.

Check Field Mappings:

  • Ensure that the field mappings between the staging table and the Software table are accurate. Pay special attention to mandatory fields and ensure that data types are compatible.

Review Import Set Configuration:

  • If you are using an Import Set to load data into the staging table, verify the Import Set configuration.
  • Check the schedule of the import job and ensure that it is running as expected.

Check the logs for any error messages related to the data import process. The System Logs or Import Logs might provide information on errors or issues during the import.
