Hi All,
I am new learner of Service Mapping and want to try to map few services/applications in my development instance.
I am trying to map ServiceNow application and added an dev Instance url in entry point as web application and while running a discovery I am getting this error "Service Mapping triggered the horizontal discovery to find the host 149.96.37.51, because this host was not in the CMDB. The horizontal discovery failed. No results returned from probe."
What should be my next step to fix this error? What are the things I am missing before mapping ServiceNow application successfully?
