Hi All ,
How we can integrate SNOW with CISCO prime, i searched but didn't got any concrete solution.
Is there any third party tool available which can be used to integrate both ?
Please advice me on this..

There is no built solution available for this. But CISCO Prime & ServiceNow supports SOAP API well.
You can just follow the existing integrations design to do this, ex: Netcool or Jira etc...
For different integrations options in SNOW: ServiceNow Integration API Technology Stack
Let us know how you are getting along.
Thanks
Poorna

I've used REST to collect info from Prime
you can find the documentation on your Cisco Prime installatation under /webacs/api/v1/

A new developer so apologies for my basic question - is there a REST API for Cisco Prime? I'm was asked by a colleagues of mine to try and find a command prompt for the API..does that make sense?

You can also connect to the database using the JDBC Sybase driver to import the data into ServiceNow.
