Service Offering (service_offering) list view doesn't show Owned by information

For some service offerings, the Owned by field displays correctly in the list view.

For other service offerings, the field appears blank, even though the value is present and visible on the form.

When attempting to update the Owned by field from the list view for those affected records, the following error message is displayed:

"The parent service is not in In Use state, this offering cannot be made In Use."
 
However, the parent service is in the In Use state, and the Owned by field is visible for other service offerings under the same parent.
 
Anyone facing the same issue? Please suggest.

Hi @jgangann 

 

Try to check if all the parent records related to that SO are in use. If they are, just write a make change and open it, then verify.

All parent services are in Active state.

Hi @jgangann 

I'm not sure. Could you please log a Now Support case or try updating just one or two records in the "SO Owned By" field and see if the change reflects in the list view?
