Service Operation Workspace - How do we temporarily hide this from our end users

Hi all,

We are not ready for our end users to use the Service Operations Workspace offered in Tokyo.  We need to be able to hide this from all users (except admin) until we can make the needed changes/modifications.  Does anyone know how to hide this workspace?

Hello, wondering if anyone has anything more on this? I followed option 1 and then used an incognito window to check if the SOW is gone and it is no longer selectable on the workspace menu but it is still possible to navigate to it and our new user are all landing there at first log in

Hello Monfardini

I guess that your default landing page is set to now/sow/home

Search for the sys_user_preference 'my_home_navigation_page' without user (this is the default)

If users have no own preference, they will use the default.

 

value "now/sow/home" gives the SOW workspace as landing page

value "$pa_dashboard.do" brings you to the last visited dashboard
