Service operation workspace

I have added certain field on incident form in Service Operation Workspace. When I save the incident for, I can't see those fields. Any idea whats going on?

Hi @Shubham Gagneja ,

 

In order to add any existing field on workspace view u can click on your profile (u should be on that record in workspace view) there u should be able to see option for form layout under configure page. From there u can add the required fields n save it. It will reflect on the form.
