Hi Folks,
I need some suggestions around Service Operations Workspace.
Currently we are on Vancouver and i can see that under all workspace (sys_aw_master_config) there is one record for agent workspace but we need to implement SOW (Service Operations Workspace) for IT Service Desk.
I can also see that we have Service Operations Workspace available tokyo release onwards by default. Now if i wish to modify and customize Service Operations Workspace then i don't see SOW workspace record in all workspace (sys_aw_master_config).
How will i be able to configure Service Operations Workspace further.
