How do i clone virtual agent (service portal) so i can customize it, i.e. add different topics, customize the widget?

 

any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

 

Adding different topics has nothing to do with "Cloning Virtual Agent" (assuming you mean cloning a widget or something)

 

Also using the Service Portal Virtual Agent widget is actually a legacy method. Already since the New York release, the preferred method is Agent Chat configuration.

thanks for your reply! yes i meant cloning and customizing the widget, but also giving it separate topics to make it separate  virtual agent as i don't want to touch our current service portal virtual agent. i'm not sure how to do this and where i need to go in servicenow to enable this?
