Hello All,
I'm new to Service Operations Workspace. I have the admin access but also I'm unable to view the content of the knowledge articles within the Service Operations Workspace but the same article shows the content when open in the Knowledge Module outside the Workspace.
It would be helpful if someone provides solution for this.
