Service Operations Workspace first level cards link to list below

I have made some new cards on the landing page based off the existing cards.  When you click the donuts' sections, they update the list below them to show the records.  With the cards I added, I am not sure how to make them behave the same. For example, if you click the donut of the interaction card, the interaction records it is displaying should appear in the list in the lower red box of the attached image

I have the same problem: I have followed the documentation, I managed to display the donut card, but I have found no way to make clicking the donut parts update the list. I have created a case with ServiceNow support to help us figure this out. It should be possible 🙂
