Service Operations Workspace - Related List Updates

We would like to increase the filter from Created On last 7 days to Created On last 3 months for both Recent Interactions and Recent Tasks in SOW User Record tab. Can someone tell me step by step how to do this?

1. Identify the Data Broker or List Source

1. Navigate to Service Operations Workspace.
2. Open a User Record in SOW and go to the Recent Interactions or Recent Tasks section.
3. Click the three-dot menu on the related list and select Configure > Data Source (or similar, depending on your instance).

2. Modify the Data Fetching Rule

1. In Now Experience UI Builder, open the Service Operations Workspace experience.
2. Locate the Recent Interactions and Recent Tasks components.
3. Check the Data Broker or Data Resource used to fetch records.

3. Update the Filter Condition

1. Open the Data Broker or Filter Conditions related to these lists.
2. Look for the filter criteria that include Created On Last 7 Days.
3. Modify the condition to:
   • Created On → Last 3 Months (or use relative date filtering with 

gs.beginningOfLastMonths(3)).​
