Service Operations Workspace - Removing 'Create Change' from Interaction Form

Hi all,

I'm having a bit of trouble with these UI Actions and I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this. I'm looking to disable the UI Action for 'Create change', however I cannot find where this specific UI Action is located.

The Incident and Request ones I can find against the interaction table (it's not the standard change one as its inactive).

Are these UI Actions created elsewhere? Can't find it in UX Form Action Layout or Global UI Actions either.

Yes, this is the declarative action. If you want to make inactive. Go to UX Form actions (sys_ux_form_action.list) and search UI action and make changes as your requirement.
