Service Operations Workspace View Incident vs sc_task: Compose email, add comment, add worknote

For an incident in SOW, you can send an email, add a comment, or add a worknote from the activity pane. However, in sc_task you can't do any of those actions. How can I add those actions to sc_task?

@Scott29

for that you need to ensure Work notes and Activities filter are present in the workspace view for sc_task table

Also ensure email_client=true in sc_task table Collection type dictionary entry

1) Go to Configure -> Form Layout -> Select Workspace view and add the highlighted to right side
