Currently we are using 'Agent Workspace (AW)' for our Service Desk - in the AW- agents are able to do global search and the displayed results will persist in its own tab - which is separate from other tabs that the agent is working on, such that agents are able to go back and forth between the global search results and the work that they are doing.
We are migrating to 'Service Operations Workspace' soon and we have not been able to get a dedicated tab for global search results, instead, the results of global search are displayed in the main window, and agents/users have to exit this window, thereby closing the search results before they can continue with their work.
We will like to be able to have the results of the global search in its own dedicated tab like we currently do in agent workspace.
Checking to see if anyone has done this or have any idea on how to get this done.
