Is it possible to define a global Quick Link (i.e., one that is visible to everyone in Service Operations Workspace)?

For example, we wanted to add a quick link for IT&S Contacts which would be visible to all. 

When I add a quick link, it is only visible to me.  We would like to define a few global quick links in addition to allowing the users to add their own. Is this possible?

@mah1 Just wondering if you ever got an answer for this? I've been looking around our platform and don't think we have this feature, which would be nice to have

No, I never got an answer for this. Sorry...  I'm going to see if Now Support can answer the question. If they do, I'll post their response.

I had a look at the Quick Link widget in UI Builder and it runs a filter whereby it returns Quick Links where user is DYNAMIC me.

So in theory you could clone this widget out and remove the filter, to then apply global links to all users.

The issue I see though is that there is a new Quick Link table for this feature. So any quicklink there, would be available for everyone. But maybe you could administrate that table and only show links you want.
