Service portal add/remove field

Hi All,

In service portal when submit the incident then we can see the page like added comments, ticket number ,create ,updated time how can i add/remove the field? attached the reference pic, how can i add the same sate priority in same the 2nd image, any provide the suggestion?

Hi @DeepikaR1661877 ,

To add more fields in the ticket page of the incident you can follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to All > Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration

2. Open the record for incident

3. Add the required fields in the "Info fields"

Hi @debendudas ,

Thanks for that, but i need to add the field in SIR table, in that table i can't find the SIR list
