Service Portal: Annotation / Show Help always expanded

Hello,
Is there any way to enable help annotation to not always be expanded in the Service Portal. My searches have not fruitful to the solution. I was lead to believe it's a System Property on the SC.AlwaysExpand from memory. However this appears to be for the Service Catalogue not the Service Portal.

For example. Trying a catalogue item:

Service Catalogue (try item)

The Service Portal does not have the drop down:

Hi,

In the Service Portal, there is no option to collapse the help text as before.

Portal picks up Instructions field to show on the UI however Service Catalog picks the help tag/text to show on UI. If you put a help tag on the variable, it will not show on Service Portal.

Refer to the KB : ServiceNow KB: In Service Portal, help text is displayed on page without the toggle option (KB061029...

The "Always Expanded" checkbox, does enable the Instructions to be displayed upon rendering the variable in Service Portal.

Probably an update to the functionality that happened after this post.
