Service Portal Breadcrumbs

Hello,

I'm currently having an issue with my breadcrumbs on the portal service.
I would like it to display the different pages that I have previously consulted.

When I click on incidents for example, I'm redirected to the incidents page (which contains my list of incidents), then when I click on a record I'm redirected to the standard employee center ticket page. 

In terms of the breadcrumbs, the incidents page is not listed in the breadcrumbs, (the active page is showing but not the page consulting before) the breadcrumbs should be like this:

expected : Home > Incidents List > INC0010086

i need some help in order to fix this issue.
