Service Portal Button not working in Firefox

Hi,

I have a button on my service portal that works in Chrome, and Internet Explorer, but not Firefox. I'll paste a screenshot of the Menu Item below. Does anyone know why this may not work in Firefox?

Try clearing the cache of firefox and try once again.

This can be a cache, but the system must understand exactly where the menu item should be displayed, for this need to fill the "Parent menu" field. It will save from mistakes

Do you see any error in the browser console of Firefox? If yes, that should help you to debug. If not, then its an issue with the browser cache.
