Service Portal Cart

Hi, I've cloned the SC Cart, and made some changes to it, but I am having an issue finding the page that the cart is embedded on. I want to swap it out with my custom cart. Below is the page that I am talking about. Thanks for your time!

Hi @adamB6,

You can find the pages that the widget is included in via:

• Navigate to Service Portal > Widgets
• Open your widget record
• Refer to the Included in Pages related list at the bottom of the record

Just to add, if I were you, I would be very careful in modifying this widget.

I am not sure why the customization was needed but you would need to ensure the same experience is applied across all the different UIs (mobile app, native UI/backend view).

And I am not sure if you can modify the behaviour in the backend view and the mobile app.
