Service Portal Display the CMDB table List

On service Portal how to create one new page where we should Display CMDB table list for this 4 column Name, Source, IP Address, Environment.

May I know what is the use case for this? Bcz OOTB there are more than 900 tables n it can impact on portal performance.

@Dr Atul G- LNG The data of 'cmdb_ci' tables 4 columns backend names is application_name, u_source, ip_address, u_environment is to be visible on the portal

This is Not worked for me. how to display this type of table on portal for this for column
