Service Portal HomePage Search / Background image in container

Good Day 

On the service portal I am trying to fit an image in the container as background image. 

I have tried multiple methods as suggested in the community. For example, ensuring that my image is no larger than 800 x 250px. As well as adding a class which also did not work.

Can someone please help?

 

Here is the original image.

I then go to service portal page designer and upload the image to Home Page Container 1 but the full image does not get displayed:

Can someone please provide the exact steps on how to solve this?

Hi @BiancaK ,

  1. Left Navigation Bar > Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration

  2. Click Branding Editor

  3. Choose your logo and background image

    • Background Image: Approximately 2300 x 1200, 1150 x 600, or images with similar percentages.

    • Logo 950 x150, or images with similar percentages.
