Service Portal:Info message disappears quickly sometimes

Hi,

We have a record producer in service portal.When we submit, 2 green boxes appear on screen. Not there long enough to read.This happens only sometimes.Could please some one please help.

I was trying Info Message disappears after 2 seconds But I an unable to find the directive spNotifications
