Issue description:
- When we open any knowledge article in a service portal and copy the URL and paste it in other tab and the same article opens in the service portal.
- However, this behaviour is not consistent for all knowledge articles. For few knowledge articles when the URL is pasted in other tab, it doesn’t open the KA but opens the Service Portal Home page.
we tried with copy Parma link that is working fine . but the thins is knowledge articles when the URL is pasted in other tab, it doesn’t open the KA but opens the Service Portal Home page.
could you please guide me .
