Service Portal login page briefly appearing

Hi Community,

We are moving from our old ESS page to the Service Portal.  I noticed there are times when I access the Service Portal page that I am seeing the below login page for a brief moment before the Service Portal page comes up.  The times I mainly see this is when I log out of the Service Portal and then go back in.   We use SAML and we have removed the Login widget from the Service Portal page.  This isn’t a huge issue, but rather more annoying that I see this.  Is this normal functionality?   Can it be avoided?    Thanks!

The code to redirect to SSO is in the login widget. Your option is to create your own login widget and refer this login page in your service portal configuration.

Check below article which talks about detailed steps to create custom login page for redirection.

Yes, it's normal if you are using SSO you may see this briefly appear. It can be customized/branded as required.
