We have the surveys that are answered in Service Portal in out of the box way (where take_suervey widget is used in take_survey page).
Our client want to change the look and feel of the survey displayed (more intuitive using Emojis).
Is there a way to do achieve this?
What I understood from my checks was, the widget just renders the native view of survey. If survey has that view/display as per OTB, it can't become intuitive wherever its used.
Please shower your thoughts on this.
