Service Portal, My Tickets only showing the tickets I submit, for all profiles in the company

We are on San Diego.
My goal was to display Facilities tickets to end users on the Service Portal.
So I went to Service Portal>Pages>requests>and added an Instance of a Simple List with an Active=True & Facilities Request.Requested By is(dynamic) Me filter.
Now when I impersonate anyone & go to My Tickets, the exact same tickets show for all users.
Any thoughts, help, prayers......please.
