Service Portal Navigation issue

Whenever I'm trying open any catalog item in service portal page, I'm facing an issue. After selecting the particular catalog item the Catalog ID got changed, But the page navigation is not happening. Still remains the Service portal UI page... Any suggestions on this Buddies
