Service Portal "You are either not authorized or record is not valid" with System Administrator Prof

Hy everyone! I've add a new icon link on my service portal home page for create a case. When I click on the button instead of the case form, it appears "You are either not authorized or record is not valid". I've checked for the roles but I've the admin roles, I tried even with the csm roles, but nothing changes. How can I solve?

Change it to catalog item instead and then select your catalog item

It's most likely a bad/invalid url link. Please double check the url that you are using

 

 

 

Hi! I didn't use a url but a page type contributor_user_create_case

Change it to catalog item instead and then select your catalog item
