Hello everyone,
I have quite a challenge here and I should admit I'm a rookie here. We want to change the OOTB list on Request status section on Service Portal to show Requested Items in a form of table list, with URL extension /sp?id=requests. We created something like below:
What we require is when user clicks on RITM it should go to the status page of RITM (with URL extension "sp?id=ticket&table=sc_req_item&sys_id=5c4c86efdb1d0f003f275c88dc961924")
However what we get is RITM form from back-end - so URL extension is ("sp?id=form&table=sc_req_item&sys_id=fc422baedb64cb00c53dfba61d961913&view=portal&spa=1")
Is there a simple way to modify the list widget to go from list to "ticket" to "form"?
