Service Portal search limit results on multiple portals

Hello!

My workplace is currently implementing a second esc portal. One demand that we have is to make sure that when the search functions are used the only results that show up should be the ones that exist on the current portal. But what is currently happening is that both portals is giving hits on everything.

 

Setup

Portal 1:

Has 5 knowledge bases

Contains multiple catalog items

 

Portal 2:

Has a taxonomy only

 

Is it possible to limit the search results to only things that exists on the respective portals?

Try a cache.do and chekc.

Development phase?? Then why is it in production on an ENTERPRISE level platform, if it doesn't even work as expected? Another wonder of ServiceNow's releases.

If it can't even restrict results to each defined Catalog it shouldn't of even been released!  This platform and it's management needs a clean out, because the things they have released in the past 2+ years needs to have people fired.
