Service Portal Variable Set Layout Alignment

Has anyone else had a problem with the variable set(s) within a catalog item not rendering correctly in the Service Portal?

It appears to be an issue with the padding and so all the variable sets are skewed to the right of the form.

Is there any reason that they chose to use a different style for variable sets as compared to the variables?

I looked on the HI server but wasn't able to find anything related to this issue.

We are experiencing the same issue with Service Portal. We have lots of Variable Sets and are displaying the title of these. The old Service Catalog renders the title, variable labels and containers great but in Service Portal the layout is not very good.



Have not been able to figure out a way to fix this. Can anyone please advise?


I did not have a problem with the layout so far, but have seen that the Variable Sets used in CMS was loading the currently logged in user details like name, phone number and location. But when trying to implement the same in the Service Portal (using same variable sets) the information is not getting populated.



Any suggestions on how to get this fixed in Service Portal?? (new to ServiceNow.. )
