Service Portal - Widget Error messsage | No records in Incident using that filter

Hi All, 

I added a new widget to the Service Portal ( data table widget). I am getting the following error message when user with snc_internal is trying to get access. I know is a permission issue, but I created a new ACL to allow snc_internal role to able to view all fields on the incident table. But still unable to get this work. 

Any suggestion on how users with only snc_internal be able to view this widget for active major incidents?

I ended up disabling the OOB business rule incident query, and creating a new one the adding the snc_internal role. Plus adding a new ACL for read-on to major incidents on the accepted state.
